Specialist Damp Proof Course
We use a system called DryRod - THE ULTIMATERISING DAMP TREATMENT
Dryrod Damp-Proofing Rods are patented, 12mm diameter grooved rods that carry a powerful water-repellant material.
The rods are inserted into pre-drilled 12mm holes along the mortar lines of the building. The water repellent they carry diffuses deeply into the damp masonry, curing to form a highly effective barrier to damp.
This forms a damp-proof course that stops further rising damp from occurring and helps the wall dry out.
Specialist Mold and Condensation Treatment
Using our Dryzone Mould Resistant Paint which is a premium-quality mould resistant paint for protection against the growth of unsightly black mould on walls and ceilings - even where there is persistent condensation.
* An effective lifetime of 5 years, preventing the re-occurrence of black mould
* Quick-drying with no over-painting problems
Specialist Internal and External Wall Preservation
When walls get wet, their thermal resistance falls and valuable heat escapes. They become less effective at keeping the heat in.
A third of British Housingstock has solid wall construction and is predominantly single skin or stone (English House Condition Report 2007)
Our specialized Masonry Protection Cream prevents rain penetration and is scientifically proven to reduce heat loss in single skin masonry construction,
and is verified by the Energy Saving Trust.
All in-one simple, single-coat application
Specialist Dryrot and Timber Treatments
Most buildings and structures that use wood as part of their construction are at risk from rot and fungal attack. These problems can severely reduce the structural integrity of the construction.
Our specialized wood preserver's deeply penetrating and powerful formula will not only prevent rot and fungal attack in wood but will also prevent further progress of existing cases.
Woodworm infestations can be active long before any visible symptoms, such as exit holes, begin to show. The ideal place for woodworm to nest is warm and damp wood. The infestations can be extremely destructive.
Our Specialised Wood preserver penetrates into the wood and kills any woodworm larvae that are present. It will also prevent future infestations.
